You are registered with Social Care Wales and bring significant experience in a Residential Child Care setting at a management level. You possess a 'can do' attitude with the ability to implement change, drive service development, and embrace innovation.
What the Job Involves
As a Registered Manager at Cardiff Council Children’s Services, you will oversee one of our Children’s Homes, working with multi-professional teams to provide trauma-informed and strengths-based care. Your leadership will ensure that all regulatory standards are met, and you will work to understand each child's needs to secure appropriate placements. The role includes providing on-call cover outside of office hours and some out-of-hours working may be required.
