Who You Are
We are looking for caring and committed individuals to join our Community Resource Team Homecare in Cardiff. You should possess a flexible and focused approach, with good observation and recording skills. You must be willing to train and achieve the relevant HSc (previously NVQ/QCF) level. The ability to speak Welsh or other community languages is an advantage. Successful candidates will be required to register with Social Care Wales and complete an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
What the Job Involves
As a member of our care staff, you will support clients in achieving their personal goals along with health professionals. You will follow a service delivery plan to carry out daily duties using a mobile device to receive task allocations. The role involves working shifts based on various rotas, which can include evenings and weekends. The position is permanent, requiring 37 hours per week, with multiple positions available.
