You are comfortable working remotely and possess the ability to represent the Council effectively in legal proceedings.

What the job involves

The role involves managing a diverse caseload that focuses on Adult Protection and Community Care. Responsibilities include providing advice, preparing applications to Court for orders, representing the Council, preparing cases, interviewing witnesses, drafting papers for proceedings and statements, and performing essential legal work to support the Team’s functions.
