Who You Are

As a Senior Practitioner, you will be a dedicated and experienced professional in Adult Social Care. You should be registered with Social Work England and hold a Social Work qualification. You bring at least 3 years of post-qualified experience, demonstrating proficiency in managing and supervising teams as well as executing person-centred, asset-based, and outcome-focused assessments and care management.

The role involves working within the Adult Social Care sector to enhance the lives of individuals daily. You will manage a small caseload, make evidence-based decisions, and lead practices in a supportive environment as part of the locality management team.
