As a dedicated individual with a passion for cleanliness and customer service, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the hygiene and safety of communal areas in Council homes across Cardiff. Your focus will be on ensuring residents have a clean and safe environment, and your motivation to make a positive difference will be the driving force in this role. Having a valid driving license is essential as you will be required to travel between sites.

What the Job Involves

This position involves delivering high-quality cleaning services in various communal areas including Community Living schemes, homeless hostels, and high-rise buildings. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in foyers, lifts, stairwells, and external spaces across multiple locations. The job requires adherence to safety and cleaning protocols, collaboration with other cleaning staff, and active participation in maintaining and improving standards through inspections and audits. You will also handle operational communications with supervisors and keep accurate records of completed tasks.
