What the Job Involves
Your role is to effectively prioritize and manage caseloads, respond to housing-related inquiries, and provide advice and support to tenancy officers. You will collaborate with the Case Manager Lead to ensure policies and procedures are up to date, promote team learning and development, and ensure excellent customer experiences. The role involves close work with multiparty partners, prioritizing complaints, preparing reports, and ensuring safeguarding practices. You will coordinate team meetings, manage administrative tasks, and oversee record-keeping.
