Who You Are
Our ideal candidate will have the ability to work in an exciting, dynamic, and fast-paced environment that supports children in care aged 15 plus. You will be someone who has experience with look after children and transitions to adulthood. We are seeking a passionate third candidate for a personal advisor role to work with young people in care and care leavers, assisting them in their transition to adulthood and beyond.
What the Job Involves
This role involves supporting children in care to reach their full potential. You will be visiting children, advocating for them in all aspects of their care plan or pathway plan. This hybrid role requires you to work from the office a minimum of 2 days a week.
