What the Job Involves
This role involves providing administrative and clerical support as part of the Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) preparation efforts. You will work to defined business standards and processes, updating and validating workforce and employee records. This includes tasks such as cleansing establishment lists, providing advice on business processes, and assessing HR capacity for organizational changes. You will handle sensitive data in compliance with GDPR, identify critical roles and risks, manage equal pay checks, and ensure all processes adhere to data protection and confidentiality standards.
