Who You Are
We are seeking an experienced Social Housing Planner to join our team, responsible for coordinating and managing a team of 12 tradesmen and subcontractors.
What the Job Involves
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and scheduling works within a social housing environment
- Managing and coordinating a team of operatives and subcontractors
- Ensuring efficient allocation of jobs and resources
- Liaising with clients, tenants, and internal teams
- Maintaining high standards of service delivery and compliance
Working Arrangements:
- Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Hybrid: 2–3 days in the Edmonton Green office, 2 days working from home
Skills
- Proven experience working as a planner within social housing (essential)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities
- Experience coordinating multiple trades
