What the Job Involves

As a Mobile Responder, you will respond swiftly and efficiently to emergency alarm calls from residents. Your responsibilities include providing practical help and support, dealing with sensitive situations, maintaining clear records, and working collaboratively to ensure customer satisfaction. You will visit the homes of those who have triggered alarm calls, administer first aid, conduct routine visits to sheltered housing schemes, and manage the installation and maintenance of telecare equipment. Continuous improvement and adaptation to new technologies and systems are integral parts of this role.
