What the job involves

This role involves providing case management oversight of children and families who are on child in need and child protection plans. It requires occasional travel outside the borough to support young people or vulnerable adults. You will be tasked with assessing the needs of children and families, developing support plans, and coordinating with other professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery.
