This position is ideal for a dedicated and qualified social worker registered with Social Work England. You possess a strong understanding of child protection legislation and are adept at managing complex cases. Your excellent communication skills enable you to work effectively with both families and multi-agency professionals to safeguard children and promote their welfare.

What the Job Involves

The role involves conducting timely and high-quality assessments of children and families referred to the Assessment Team. You will be responsible for completing child and family assessments within statutory timescales, making evidence-based recommendations, and developing outcome-focused plans. The job also requires you to attend strategy meetings, conferences, and court proceedings, maintaining accurate case records and applying relevant legislation in all practice.

  • Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
