What the Job Involves
Your role as a Passenger Assistant will involve supporting children and young people, especially those with additional needs, to travel safely to and from school or college. You will ensure their safety and comfort during their journey and cover for unavailable colleagues when needed. You will work closely with drivers and schools to make each journey smooth and stress-free.
Skills
- Ability to work with children and young people
- Experience with SEND (preferred)
