You are a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for maintaining fleet efficiency. You excel in coordinating schedules and liaising with drivers. You are adept at managing documentation and have a keen eye for tracking costs and preparing reports.

What the job involves

This role involves delivering high standards of fleet administration and materials procurement to support operational efficiency. You will be responsible for scheduling routine maintenance, tracking MOTs, ensuring compliance with transport legislation, and maintaining accurate vehicle records. You will liaise with drivers, support daily operations, manage documentation, and oversee vehicle costs. Additionally, you'll prepare fleet trackers and driver reports, manage supplier quotes, maintain van stock levels, and support the procurement team.
