What the Job Involves

As a member of the dynamic Children Looked After team, you will manage a varied caseload including children subject to care proceedings and children in care (LAC). Your responsibilities will encompass care planning, permanence, and pathway planning, preparing reports, attending court, and collaborating with legal services and partner agencies. This role emphasizes purposeful, child-centered practice to achieve stability and positive outcomes for children. The position offers a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days home-based work to maintain a strong work-life balance.
