Who You Are
An experienced Manager with a strong background in discretionary housing payments. You have a proven ability to assess such payments effectively, and although not mandatory, familiarity with the Academy system for processing housing benefits or discretionary payments is a plus.
What the job involves
The role requires managing the Crisis & Resilience Fund, ensuring efficient and effective assessment and processing of discretionary housing payments. You will be responsible for overseeing the use of funds, facilitating financial assistance, and working to improve the resilience of individuals and communities.
