What the Job Involves
As a Specialist Business Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Children's Services by providing efficient administrative support. Your responsibilities include developing and operating comprehensive administration systems, minute-taking for meetings, assisting with recruitment processes, overseeing procurement operations, and supporting financial management. You will also be involved in event planning, training of administrative staff, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures. The role requires advocacy of high customer service standards and collaboration with various stakeholders to promote and improve services for children, young people, and their families in Wirral.
