What the job involves:
This role involves managing the allocation and oversight of temporary accommodation, including negotiating leases, conducting property visits, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will oversee relationships with emergency accommodation providers and address issues such as complaints, disrepair, and anti-social behavior. The position also requires you to maintain accurate records, track client progress, and coordinate with other housing sectors to promote an integrated approach to service delivery.
