Who You Are

You are an experienced EHCP Co-ordinator with a deep understanding of the Children and Families Act 2014 and the SENDIST Tribunal procedure. You possess strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, and have a history of working effectively with children/young people with special educational needs and disabilities.

What the Job Involves

This role involves acting as the main point of contact for the EHC assessment process, coordinating and ensuring adherence to statutory timelines. You will prepare draft EHC Plans, facilitate reviews, attend mediation sessions, and support managers in tribunal representations. The position requires collaboration with families, schools, and various service providers, supporting policy development, and guiding less experienced coordinators.
