What the job involves
You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver social work services to adults and carers. Responsibilities include providing mentorship to newly qualified social workers, engaging in safeguarding processes, and leading assessments and care planning. You will support the development and application of social care plans and intervention strategies, advocate for clients in multidisciplinary settings, manage and mentor teams, and ensure compliance with professional regulatory standards. This role will also involve conducting complex assessments and managing communications among various stakeholders to ensure the wellbeing of clients.
