You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement casework plans, and collaborate with allied health and social care practitioners. The role also includes preparing reports for court, determining legal actions, and ensuring effective inter-agency working arrangements. Additionally, you will manage complex caseloads, engage in evidence-informed practice, and partake in training and development activities.
