You are proactive in suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience. Your educational background includes GCSEs in English and Maths, and you may have further qualifications or experience in business support. You possess a solid understanding of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
What the job involves
This role involves taking minutes during strategy and statutory meetings, and producing precise, high-quality documents. You will accurately record attendance and contact details, input data into IT systems, and suggest process improvements. Additionally, you are expected to adhere to departmental timescales and maintain confidentiality and data protection standards while carrying out your duties in alignment with corporate policies and procedures.
