Who You Are
An Early Years Educator who is passionate about creating an engaging and stimulating learning environment for children aged two to five years. You are committed to anti-discriminatory practice and dedicated to overseeing the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). You are experienced in working as part of a multi-disciplinary team and have a strong background in early childhood education.
What the Job Involves
The role involves leading the planning, implementation, and evaluation of a high-quality early years curriculum that meets the needs and interests of children, helping them achieve at or above their expected level in all areas of development. You will be responsible for assessing children's overall development through observations and maintaining developmental records. As a key person, you will manage a group of children, contribute to senior management team meetings, organize outings, and work within the shift pattern required by the centre. Work takes place in a classroom setting and may require flexibility and occasional work outside regular hours.

- Sound knowledge of EYFS
