What the Job Involves

This pivotal role involves providing strategic direction and leadership across multiple areas including Reviewing Services, Quality Assurance, and Performance. You will lead the development of high-performing, outcomes-driven services, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Your responsibilities include designing and implementing quality assurance processes, managing resources, developing policies and strategies, and acting as a specialist advisor. You will also be expected to lead government inspections, manage budgets, and engage in partnership forums. This role requires regular onsite presence and participation in emergency duty rotas.
