What the Job Involves
In this role, you will support the team manager by providing clear and responsive practice leadership and supervision. You will apply your extensive knowledge of adult social care legislation to deliver complex services to adults and carers. Your role involves working flexibly, responding to changing business and adult needs, and managing a small, complex caseload. Additionally, you will be involved in decision-making processes, such as the Decision Support Tool (DST), and work with the Integrated Care Board (ICB) to determine funding responsibilities.
