The role involves leading and supporting managers and teams, ensuring performance and quality compliance, and managing services under safeguarding legislation. You will focus on service improvement, performance management against key targets, and partner collaboration to address emerging challenges. Additionally, you will oversee budgets, contract activities, and quality assurance within your service area.
