What the Job Involves
Your role will involve conducting comprehensive assessments and service user reviews, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively. You will advocate for personalized approaches and present cases to the Vulnerable Adults panel for funding. You will also chair complex case reviews and safeguard adults case conferences. Supervision and professional development of staff are key responsibilities, along with ensuring adherence to performance management frameworks. You will engage in partnership working and promote a multidisciplinary approach within the team, working closely with colleagues across departments and in the healthcare sector.
