What the Job Involves
In this role, you will manage a caseload, perform administrative tasks, and progress to handling complex cases. You will take appropriate action on referrals, engage and empower service users and their networks, and solicit feedback for person-centered interventions. You will ensure the availability of information to service users and carers, perform assessments including carer assessments, and work on outcome-focused care plans. Court appearances may be required for presenting reports. Collaborating with other professionals to provide effective services is crucial, as is reporting on and monitoring service user outcomes. You will contribute to developing best practices and understanding child protection within the team.
