A dedicated individual with experience in holding cases related to Children in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), Care Proceedings, and Children Looked After. You are committed to maintaining high standards in case management and possess a thorough understanding of statutory guidelines and family support.
What the Job Involves
You will manage a caseload involving CIN, CP, and Care Proceedings. Your role includes conducting CIN meetings, Core Group Meetings, and attending Review Child Protection Conferences (RCPC) and Initial Child Protection Conferences (ICPC). You are responsible for efficient and high-standard case recording, supporting family time when necessary, visiting families as required by statutory guidelines, and preparing comprehensive reports.
