You are an empathetic and self-aware professional with a recognised Social Work qualification, registered with Social Work England. You possess relevant multi-disciplinary social care experience and demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a team while maintaining professional relationships. You are self-reliant, resilient, and capable of managing a complex workload, often working independently across various environments.
What the Job Involves
This role involves undertaking risk and care assessments for service users and carers, managing a caseload of varying complexity, and participating in statutory reviews. You will work collaboratively with other professionals to deliver high-quality social care services. Your responsibilities include preparing reports, facilitating service provision, managing client records, and engaging with families and other agencies. Additionally, you will provide leadership by supervising staff and students, and contribute to the development of social work practice.
