Who You Are
A dedicated professional with a background in housing, maintenance, or experience working with a council. You are adept at working in an office setting and are comfortable managing a variety of tasks related to repairs and maintenance in tenanted properties.
What the Job Involves
- Placing orders directly with contractors for repairs and maintenance works
- Liaising with internal teams regarding repairs needed in tenanted properties
- Handling and resolving any order or price discrepancies on invoices
- Tracking and amending orders as necessary
- Contacting contractors and/or residents to resolve repair delays and missed or late appointments
- Reviewing overdue orders and notifying of any significant delays
- Performing associated purchasing administrative tasks as required
- Providing support to scheduling teams and contract managers

- Experience in housing or maintenance
