You have current registration with Social Work England and a recognised social work qualification. You possess extensive knowledge of childcare legislation, statutory guidance, and child development. With proven experience in professional leadership, you excel in driving practice improvements and preparing formal reports. Your strong analytical and decision-making skills allow you to evaluate complex information. You are committed to anti-discriminatory practice and addressing inequality, and you provide high-quality, emotionally intelligent supervision while supporting staff development.

What the Job Involves

As a Family First Front Door Team Manager, you provide leadership, management, and professional guidance to your team. You promote excellent social work practice, ensuring timely assessments, purposeful interventions, and effective safeguarding measures. Through one-to-one and group supervisions, you will challenge and motivate the team to deliver outstanding services to vulnerable children, young people, and their families while upholding high professional standards.
