What the Job Involves
As a Senior Social Worker, you will be responsible for undertaking and preparing evidence-based assessments for families under pre-proceedings or within care proceedings. Your role includes supervising a family support worker, ensuring families receive bespoke, tailored interventions. You will apply your critical thinking skills to inform recommendations and support families through the assessment process.
