What the Job Involves
This role entails providing accommodation-based support to residents in Camden's hostels, assisting them in maintaining their living situation, enhancing employability, and managing behavior. You will conduct assessments, create support plans, and coordinate with health, employment, and resettlement services, all while complying with service policies and quality standards. The position requires working on a rota basis, including evenings and weekends, and may involve handling challenging behavior and high-risk situations.
