What the Job Involves
As a social worker within the London Borough of Lambeth, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of individuals with care and support needs and their carers. Your role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and reviewing care plans, conducting safeguarding enquiries, and coordinating support services. You will work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met in line with the Care Act 2014, supporting them in understanding financial aspects and accessing appropriate services. Additionally, you will be involved in complex cases, applying your expertise in legal and policy frameworks to ensure effective outcomes.

- Knowledge of the Care Act 2014 and adult social care policies
