Who You Are
As a member of the HASS Fairlop Cluster, you are an experienced occupational therapist ready to work across various clusters. You thrive in a locality-based, multi-disciplinary environment, managing approximately 4 cases per week that range from complex to standard occupational therapy needs.
What the Job Involves
This role requires you to conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments, make recommendations for major adaptations and complex equipment, and deliver holistic person-centered support planning and reviews. You will work closely with multi-professional teams, understanding the legal framework and housing legislation, while managing and prioritizing complex cases effectively.
