What the Job Involves

This role involves providing holistic and person-centred housing management services across the borough. You will handle a wide range of transactional and service requests, ensuring efficient resolution by using right first-time principles. You will respond to customer enquiries via various channels including phone, email, website, CRM, and apps. Making every contact count, you will assess resident needs rapidly to identify opportunities for early intervention. You will also conduct regular site audits and manage the provision of quality housing advice. Monitoring and controlling onsite issues, promoting the uptake of vacant assets, and completing accurate administrative documentation will be key components of your daily tasks.
