What the Job Involves

This role involves assisting in the seamless integration of care and education for children at the nursery/centre, ensuring their welfare, and actively promoting their physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development. You will take responsibility for safeguarding children, support key worker systems, and maintain a stimulating environment that respects diverse backgrounds. The position requires participation in planning, assessment, and transition processes, while fostering strong relationships with children and their families. Additionally, you will manage behavior strategies, attend training and meetings, and uphold the Council’s values and policies.
