What the Job Involves
As a social worker with the Islington Learning Disabilities Partnership, you will provide person-centered social work services to adults with learning disabilities and their carers. Your responsibilities include conducting strengths-based assessments, developing and reviewing support plans, and ensuring legally compliant interventions. You will safeguard and manage risk, promote choice and independence, and engage in multi-agency collaboration. Your role also involves contributing to service strategies, supporting access to resources, and maintaining accurate records to meet performance and compliance standards.
