You possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups, advocating for and supporting children and their families within a multidisciplinary context.

What the Job Involves

This role requires managing statutory case responsibility for children, young people, and care leavers, prioritizing child protection, and fostering trauma-informed practices through motivational engagement. Key responsibilities include building impactful relationships with children, families, and carers, providing evidence-based support, facilitating communication across multidisciplinary teams, and leading investigations into abuse and neglect. You'll conduct thorough, child-focused assessments, analyze and adjust plans, and collaborate within the frameworks of law, health, and safety regulations while using supervision to reflect and improve practices.
