What the Job Involves
You will maintain cleanliness and safety across the estate, reporting to the Estate Services Coordinator and Quality Assurance Officer. Responsibilities include cleaning communal areas, completing management documentation, supporting residents with their needs, conducting minor repairs, attending housing office during duty periods, and maintaining good relationships with residents. You will report incidents, remove graffiti, manage estate stores, and participate in training and meetings. The role requires weekend work on a rota basis.
