Who You Are

A highly experienced Business Analyst with a deep understanding of Adult Social Care. You have a proven ability to lead and facilitate workshops and manage professional relationships across various care services such as Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Reablement, Safeguarding, and 65+ care.

What the Job Involves

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with the Adults Project Manager on high-profile transformation projects. Your primary responsibilities include facilitating workshops, capturing customer journeys, and mapping "To Be" pathways with Adult Social Care services. You will be instrumental in the redesign of the Adults ‘Front Door’ and similar initiatives.
