What the Job Involves
This role involves providing comprehensive social work services to children and families, from initial referral and assessment through to achieving permanence. Key responsibilities include conducting statutory assessments, developing care plans, safeguarding and managing risk, court work, and promoting permanence planning. You will collaborate with multi-agency partners and maintain accurate, high-quality case records while contributing to professional development and continuous service improvement.
