You are an experienced Programme Manager with a strong background in digital delivery within the public sector, possessing an agile mindset and equipped with the necessary qualifications. You bring leadership qualities that can drive digital, data, and technology (DDaT) initiatives towards the strategic goals of Barnet council, emphasizing continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and financial sustainability.

What the Job Involves

As a Programme Manager in the DDaT Enablement Service, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team to manage and execute digital projects across the council. This role includes matrix managing staff, advising and partnering on digital strategies, prioritizing workloads, and fostering a user-focused digital-first mindset. You will also be responsible for delivering consultancy services and building relationships with senior leadership to improve processes and ensure quality service design. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in scrutinizing and influencing financial spending decisions associated with the DDaT Enablement budget.
