What the Job Involves
The Service Manager - Quality Assurance will lead and oversee quality assurance activities within children's social care. This will include conducting monthly practice audits, thematic audits, and identifying key learning areas. The role involves facilitating forums to ensure that learning is effectively applied to practice. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting the preparation for Ofsted inspections and monitoring visits, while also driving practice improvements within the broader Quality Assurance service.
