What the Job Involves
As a PRS Letting Negotiator, your primary responsibility is to secure private rented accommodations at affordable rent levels to meet housing needs. You will engage in negotiations with landlords, manage property inspections, and conduct viewings to ensure properties are suitable for prospective tenants. You will liaise with various stakeholders to match tenants with appropriate rental properties and provide support throughout the tenancy initiation process. Your role involves promoting the Council's Private Renting Scheme, attending forums and events, and contributing to service development and compliance with council policies.
