Please use Word where possible) Job Title: Technical Support Administrator Job Description: We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the directorate. To provide a high quality technical administrative support service, relevant to the area of business, to the Directors, Heads of Service, Principal Officers and other administration functions as required. Assist the support service with a range of technical management duties including carrying out research for input into reports. Deliver a range of specialist services, advising and assisting customers on specific aspects within their own area of work to maximise service quality, efficiency and continuity. Deal with enquiries, ensuring that appropriate advice, guidance and referrals are made. Prepare and analyse management or technical information, including project plans for the service area. The post holder will respond flexibly, positively and successfully to the ever changing pressures which arise in their respective directorate. The post holder will use their initiative to handle processes and to resolve problems and queries based on experience and judgement. they will receive clear guidance but will perform with minimal day to day supervision. To provide cover and deputies on occasion for their line manager and other Technical Officer's. Skills and Qualifications: � Excellent organisational and time-management skills � Strong attention to detail � Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) � Good communication and interpersonal skills � Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively � Experience with office equipment such as scanners and copiers � Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of personnel
This is a hybrid working role with some flexibility to work both remotely and on-site, primarily based at Ley Street Depot/Lynton House, Ilford, but may be required to work from other offices as needed. The role is 36 hours per week.
