We are seeking experienced, qualified social workers with at least 3 years of post-qualifying experience, specifically in child protection. What the Job Involves
As a social worker with Cardiff City Council, you will work primarily on Child Protection cases, as well as families falling under Pre-Proceedings (PLO) and court cases, in both Intake and Locality (long-term) teams. You'll collaborate with families, aiming to build and empower strong family relationships. Working in a busy and supportive team, you’ll make a positive impact on children's lives through high-quality services and a child-centered approach, within the framework of the Social Services and Well-Being Act (Wales) 2014. This role also offers flexible, hybrid working arrangements, support from experienced managers, and training opportunities.
