What the Job Involves

The position involves covering the reception area at Hafan Gobaith from Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with an hour for lunch each day. Responsibilities include managing telephone calls, greeting visitors, recording mail transactions, booking travel and accommodation, updating client records, processing invoices, making pool car and room bookings, handling general finance and administrative tasks, visiting the local post office, and managing archival, scanning, and printing tasks.
